This might be an intervention, but... please touch some grass. Turn off your PC or console and read a book - you probably have updates anyway. And while you're at it, light this candles, close your eyes, and whisk yourself away to a spa on the beach because let's be honest, you can't carry your team if you're not rested. You need some "you" time, and also your keyboard is probably dirty, so yeah... get on that.
